It’s been ten years since Chef’Special spraypainted an old beautiful van, called it “the Mrs.” and cruised down the west coast of Europe doing shows at every surfcamp they could find. With three or four songs to their name, some instruments and the headlights of the Mrs. as their lightshow, they traded shows at the beach for shelter and gasoline.
Ten years since that summer in which they became a band and chose for a life of making music together. It’s been quite the ride!

Chef’Special just released their new video for “Because I Love You” which is directed by David-Jan Bronsgeest. Because I love you is about how we try to be a better version of ourselves and how sometimes reality gets in the way.

Chef’Special released their latest single ‘Try Again’ today. ‘Try Again’ is now available on Spotify and iTunes. Hope you enjoy it!

Chef’Special will be joining Twenty Øne Piløts on their ”Emøtiønal Røadshøw” tour. They’ll play 47 shows in North America. The tour starts on May 31th in the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati and ends with two sold out shows on 10th and 11th of August at the world-famous Madison Square Garden in New York.

Chef’Special entered Billboard’s Alternative Songs Chart at #40. We are honored to hear that Billboard calls it a: Tomorrow’s hit.

Chef’Special sold out their May-clubtour. They’ll be playing at Hedon, Doornroosje, TivoliVredenburg, De Oosterpoort, Paradiso and two times in their hometown at Patronaat.

30+ shows in just under two months. Chef’Special’s first US tour is a wrap! Supporting i.a. Dirty Heads and Aer and playing at Riot Fest Denver and Chicago.

Full Deluxe with guest artists, confetti, pyro and everything. Redeeming the pledge to return to the Alpha stage after debuting at the Charlie stage 4 years ago.
